I made it last night Zinedine and it was indeed lush!

I added mushrooms and sliced potatoes and used a bit too much red wine - apart from that I was well pleased

Remember to do the prep thing, moonsi!

I inspected mine after the tagine I made and there is a little tiny crack starting - why is this???? I started it in a cold oven and never put it in water until it had cooled - I thought fired clay was basically indestructible.

It had better not fall apart on me - it's the only cooking pan me and Dub have between us at the moment
