My son is gonna join a Prince's Trust scheme soon to try to start up a little design thing, including t-shirts. He's got a couple of really quirky slogans which I think would sell quite well. London Print Co charge shit-loads to use their equipment - do you allow use of yours or do you just do the printing for people?

I design/make tshirts for a living (not screen printing), so we use my equipment, so the costs aren't the same as in a normal situation. You're probably looking at about £4 for screen printing iirc, maybe cheaper, but couldn't say for sure as it's been a while since I checked. Don't forget the cost goes up per colour.

I don't have a printing factory or anything, just a small set up run from my own home for my own use, sorry can't be of more help! It's all packed away at the moment anyway as I'm about to pop a sproglet out.

I put an ad in the zine (long gone) which was an adaptation of an ad in the back of the paper. People loved it and wanted it as a tshirt. It had a pic of a Barbara Woodhouse character and a dog and the caption

"TRAIN YOUR DOG"

and i added...

"TO SHIT ON A TORY"

I for one would buy one if you could find something like that
