oh bugger! There's a Tesco express enroute but my nearest proper tesco is Catford or Lewisham. Might try my local Co-op!

boohoo hoo! We'll see eh! Just had a positive conversation with my best friend and she reckons they prob carry sushi range in her local Morrisons, cos it is biggggggggggg like

Right! Quick update...

I didn't get any sushi last night

We couldn't find the sushi rice nor seaweed. We had fun running around shops looking for seaweed though and I particularly enjoyed the puzzled look on shop assistants' faces when best friend tried to describe the difference between seaweed for sushi and crispy seaweed you get with your Chinese meal

Best friend was so disappointed at not finding the rest of the sushi stuff that she asked her local Chinese takeaway if they sell sushi

The nite wasnt a totally disaster, cos we made Thai red curry with king prawns served on a bed of jasmine rice (as close to Japan, as we could) which was lush!

I shall have my sushi though so its online shopping from now on for all the ingredients...
