sunglasses

They both really suit you!
I can't wear oversized ones cos my face'd disappear :D

Thank you! My Mum used to wear over-sized normal glasses many moons ago (she had some mahooive Silhouette ones in the 70's which I wish she still did), and I liked that look, so copied her :)

Ooh me likes your style! :) I especially like the gucci ones, were they dead expensive?

Thank you :)
The Gucci ones were £130. I won't be splurging the kinda money I did last year on glasses every year / evry time I want a new pair - they were a treat to myself :)

Those sunglasses you posted in the second pic look ace on you, cesare! I think I'm looking for a pair of black sunnies too. Maybe a bit more squared in shape though, dunno.

yay I has created sunglasses porn:cool:

I know! Such a timely thread aswell... walked past the sunglasses shop on my way home from work tonight as well and decided definitely then to go in and take a proper look once I get paid...wont allow myself to go in there a minute before then. :hmm:

Thank you! The frames are a deep pewter colour and the lenses are deep brown, but I know they look black in the pic.

Oh oh oh. Button's just reminded me about a Christmas present I got this year. Sunglasses with an inbuilt MP3 player and camera :D:D:D I haven't used those yet.

These are my new ones...like I say none suit me but these feel good and are very dark which I need.

Excellent for perving down the beach. :D

How the fuck do those work then? Is it like Terminator's eye?

I love wearing sunglasses. It is a good day when I can wear them.

But the ones I have are not prescription, so I am a bit Stevie Wonder when I have them on.

I think its better that way.

heh

sorry, anecdote time - I remember slinking along in Frejus years ago, in my (oh the shame) red-tinted sunglasses, perving at lasses, when the bloke I was with went 'you know you can see your eyes through those, don't you?'

:o

I bought a pair of Dior sunnies from Ebay half price about 3 years ago (£70) which I loved but they didn't come with the proper case and they got really scratched. :o

Summer before last I bought a pair of Roberto Cavalli glasses from my Next Directory but I can't find a picture of them. They were gold rimmed and a bit flashy but I loved them. They lasted about 14 months then one of the arms broke off. Magic Sam said it was because I put them on my big head. :( Anyway I complained to Next and they credited the full price of the glasses (£190) back to me which I was pleased about but I wanted the glasses not the money. :(

So this year I have 2 pairs both £15 from Topshop and Accessorise. I still really miss my Cavalli ones.

What kind of schoolboy error is that, ffs?!

Anyhoo!

I used to have a really nice pair of Oakleys, not the horrible snow boarding style ones. Some bugger nicked them. Then I had a pair of blocs, and I lost those - so after spending over £200 on two pairs of none-prescription sunglasses I buy £20 ones now.

Note for men: aviator glasses are not trendy nor do they look good - you look like a TIT.

Whereas the reverse is true for women.

If I could pull this look off I'd wear this every day.

Alas I am a skinny white man who, can't sing, can't dress sharp and certainly can't skank :(

They're really fking cool actually. My long hair will hide the earphones and the camera works on remote control. Spyglasses  Here they are

A pair of clear lenses for when the sun isn't shining too.

You'll all be dead chuffed to hear that I've just mended my Lulu Guinness sunglasses ... inspired by this thread.
