Being a tour guide this weekend, I'm missing all the action :(

Don't have time to look it all up as too busy

Bradley Wiggins and Chris Hoy stormed to track cycling victories, with Ross Edgar earning silver, and bronze medals going to Steven Burke and Chris Newton.

Good day on the track then :)

Rebecca Adlington began the day with a stunning swim to win the women's 800m freestyle in world record time.

Another one?

The men's rowing coxless four surged to gold, while Britain also claimed bronze in the men's and women's double sculls.

Managed to see the last minute of that

every member of the British team has got a medal apparently.

Also there is a cycling final tomorrow between two British women so another couple of medals due.

Excellent.

So has anyone failed to win medals who were expected to?

oh, I saw one race but only got a glimpse of it. I think it was a Jamaican guy winning (and I'm only judging by the colour of his kit), but he won by a good distance

that would be Mr Lightning Bolt breaking the world record running it in 9.67 seconds and practically walking over the finish line :D

and Phelps got another Gold but it was contested by the Silver Medalist as they both finished at the same time but Phelps finished with greater force :D

Chris Hoy is Scottish.
The Welsh have had theirs already;)
Northern Ireland gets their tomorrow with Wendy H in the cycling - two Team GB-ers in the women's pursuit final.

Tom James won a gold in the men's four, think you will find that Ross Edgar is Scottish!
