I suppose it all depends on where you're seeing it from; bombs are universally detested by those on the receiving end.

Except that the planes are usually trying to hit military targets: admittedly, they sometimes miss and hit civilians.

The suicide bombers are homing in on civilians.

See the difference?

the other difference you miss JC2 is that the people with the planes and bombs have a lot of money and resources...the people with suicide vests generally do not have a lot of money and resources.

And both groups are trying to advance their political causes with what they have on hand.
