This is stunning stuff:
Fun to watch, but just time-lapse drone photography (comment about low Earth orbit added for artistic/dramatic effect and also technically incorrect).
Dunno about anyone else but I feel giddy after watching that.
Very nice video, but flying in circles above the ground is not orbiting in this case.
It might be orbiting a focal point on the surface of the Earth within a disc of a given depth (depending on how it is flown).
It is not in low Earth orbit though. Orbital dynamics, which describe low Earth orbit, ceases around 110km altitude, below which point air drag dominates and trajectories are ballistic arcs or powered/lighter-than-air flight.
