Is that really the case? Because of all the international business things I've been on, not to mention holidays in Spain, it's the Germans who are the pushiest...just goes to show how personal prejudice gets in the way of actual evidence...

Quite the opposite is the case: successful leaders have to be able to put themselves into the shoes of those they lead... They be interested in them to be able to understand their needs, wants, hopes........ in order to able to conjure up the mythology that speaks to all or most of those they aspire to lead... and all else that is necessary to lead a tribe...
