Yep. He did well in the first year at Blackburn as well, just had a woeful start to the second year if I remember right. Wasn't it Brian Kidd who actually took them down? Or am I wrong... All I can remember is they tried very hard to sign Martin Dahlin, who also seemed to be forever on the verge of signing for Everton.
