Stop "the" war - which wars?

really? oh well, my faulty memory.

I find it slightly hard to believe you are really that ignorant about googles 'reverse engineering' abilities. If it was anyone else, I wouldnt believe it at all, but as it is you....

Anyway, I note you have still failed utterly to support most of your original assertions, and have ignored the answers you have been given. Hardly surprising. You just repeat repeat repeat getting ever more het up and seeming like you're blowiong several gaskets. It's quite funny from where I'm sitting.

You just can't face how this whole thread proves how utterly full of shit the STWC are, how they are a bunch of lying cunts.

A bit like you then. Go fuck yourself.
so thats a polite way of saying you have no argument....

Firstly learn how to spell: holy = religious, wholly = entirely, you fucking dipshit.

Secondly the whole thread is about asking what the criteria for the STWC are. The whole thread is about if it is consistent. I didn't start by making any argument in favour of wars anywhere - I am against some but in favour of military action elsewhere. This is irrelevant.

oooh teejays getting tetchy, lol. Lost the argument so picks up on typo's - way to go big man!

This argument has certainly proved someone is full of shit, but that aint the STWC. Try going to lie down in a darkened room, unless you like people laughing at you that is.

Which bit of this post did you have trouble understanding belboid:

This looks mighty defamatory to me. Have you proof of this?

And is such a personal attack really necessary? It's only going to sidetrack the debate.
Editor knows all the details about when I got a temp ban. Why you think you know any better than the moderators involved?

Are you going to provide the proof requested by a moderator or are you going to retract your claims?

I have made plenty of detailed arguments on this thread. Ceratin STWC supporters have refused to talk about the details of, for example, conflicts in Pakistan, Indonesia or the Phillipines or any of the conflcits in Africa.

It is far easier to say that any criticism of STWC is invalid simply because it comes from people who supported the Iraq war. This is irrelevant - all sorts of people have made criticisms and the specific one that this thread is about concerns the underlying principles of the STWC and the consistency of their application. These are valid questions regardless of what someone thinks about any specific conflict.

You can choose to answer the questions or ignore them. It's up to you.

I think the questions have been answered: the STWC is based on neo-Marxist, anti-US-imperialism-against-Islamists agenda and is not in fact an anti-war organisation. It picks its campaigns opportunistically and tactically aiming to jump on any bandwagon and appeal to angry sections of the UK population.

I think this thread has reached a fair conclusion.

Are those smilies meant to represent you having some kind of fit?

---wow, for some reason I am able to edit this post---

And I have just edited post #159

Maybe being a lying fuckwit is so far ingrained that some people just can't help it, despite knowing that they are talking shit.

On the other hand there might be something wrong with your account or browser.

Right. I am finished with this thread.

The question was answered, and I have no desire to talk any longer to lying cunts who are too fuckwitted to operate their own computers.

Goodbye.

Maybe it is because all the countries you mention Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Syria and Gaza are mainly Muslim, where North Korea and Zimbabwe have hardly any Muslims. The Left just loves them Mohammedans

The common thread is that these countries are, or may soon be, under attack from the West. Noreth Korea won't be. They've got nukes.

By the way it's not accurate to say that these are the only wars stw is looking at campaigning around. Go to http://www.stopwar.org.uk/documents/ConferenceMotionsPassed.pdf

and look at resolutions 3 and 6.

Well, Kropotkin made a similar point earlier in the thread - and he's certainly no right wing troll.

Have a look at form - "Astramax" has posted primarily on threads where he/she can get in sly little digs at muslims, and the perceived relationship of 'the left' with them. Notably seems to enjoy messing about with how people of islamic faith are described in a 'droll' way:rolleyes:
Kropotkin has contributed on a wide variety of topics for a long time, often in a constructive way.

Anyhow, why do you bother to post on P+P at all, poster, seeing as we're all doomed and nothing works, nobody can change anything and the workers are all bought off etc etc....? Surely a waste of your valuable time.:p

I do wonder that myself, sometimes.

Actually, if you think I'm bad you should see the sort of things people in the workplace say whenever I suggest that we might be better served by not falling over and capitulating to every single management attack on our conditions. I simply get the "you're living in the past. The age of trade union militancy is long gone, mate" schtick. Now, I'm not talking about radical demands here: just a suggestion that we might - just might - want to ask them to stop hitting us quite so hard. That counts as raving leftie militancy in just about each and every workplace I've ever been in.
