Some comments:
1. *Please* warn people in the thread title that the page is full of ten ton images - not everyone's on broadband!
2. There's some very striking images in there - great work! Nice composition work too.
3. I agree with others that the selective colour/B&W effect is a bit, well, tacky. The images are strong enough to stand up without such gimmickry, IMO (although maybe one or two work, but it's not something I've ever liked).
4. Same for the over-Photoshopped stuff. Your photos really are good enough as they are!

Oh, and image no 8 is fantastic.
