I need a new bin, I've scrubbed the current one to death but it's still pretty rough and worse thing is, it's got a hole in the bottom.

Using value bin bags doesn't help.

I'd buy a new bin but i think they are asking £80, all my rubbish is falling out on the road.

it's outside again odds - with the second round of kettle water, bleach and some sink/drain cleaner for the hell of it.

think i'll buy a new one next payday. and it won't be a metal one.
