Lovely rump, medium rare, chilli butter, chunky wedges and corn on the cob. OHHHHHHHH BABY.

i don't like putting cheese on steak.

Mmmmmm, steak. Well done with chips, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes and peas please. Some garlic butter on the top maybe or a creamy peppercorn sauce if it's a cheaper steak.

i occasionally have a steak finished off flambed in brandy, on toast with the juices poured over. with fried mushrooms.

I always order well done in restaurants because they rarely are well done. My experience has been if you order medium it's still skipping round the plate.

i find the other way round, i asked for a medium rare the other day and there was no pink. NO PINK.

In France it's definitely the opposite, they i'm sure they must spit on your steak if you ask for it well done.
