Star Trek on BBC2 tonight

But it should have been waiting for them when they got there, and disappeared the moment they started the reverse tachyon beam

Why does the anomaly appear in the future? IT MAKES NO SENSE.
Gets even worse when you think about the Enterprise episodes. How comes the Time War get absolutely zero mention in any other series (Ok, it was filmed after them, that just means it's a fault in the Enterprise story line).

the same Time War goes well unexplained in doctor who

Timey-wimey

I had a better idea - it's because time is three-dimensional as well as space. So in the past the Time War had never happened, but now, it is the case that it happened. :hmm:

I assume that it is because when the anomaly was first created there wasn't enough anti-time for the rift to travel back in time and when it did due to the changes to the time line it went back into a different one than the one in which the pastuer arrived. The three times Picard travelled to weren't connected so maybe thats got something to do with it. Either that or bad writing.A bit like when Dotcommunist called those to Klingon ships warbirds. Really should know better.

That makes some kind of sense.

I cannot be expected to accurately name enemy starships while drunk on a saturday night:mad:

anyone buy enlightened self interest as a guiding principle for a society? bollox imo.

right now i'm watching the TOS episode "Court Martial" (1967) with redone special effects and remastered colouring and sound :)

i watched the first tos remastered with the siren on the planet, it was really creepy, in a creepy way.

i watched the remastered first movie with vyger and all that it had then bald, sex siren, sir i signed my celibacy promise, aswell, that was creepy, was this supposed to be a family film, or writers wank dream.

Where the fuck is my friday night Star Trek?

I am outraged. What is this replacement that is on instead? Seven Days? Cunts.
