Ive got HR involved today after yet another passive aggressive bint blamed me for taking over her job and that she may as well leave if i stay here

All the managers across the business agreed to my first promotion last year, they just didnt have the balls to stand up to their passive agressive ineffectual admin staff, my boss and director did, but now he has gone they think they have me in their pocket

well up their bums as Im to be promoted again next week and i couldnt give a shit what they think, i was naieve enuff to think they were happy for me when i got promoted and in reality all they did was set out to get at me......
