I do enjoy the #THFC twitter comments
Not sure how I feel about that NLD - weird game to watch.
Should be a walk in the park tonight
Oooh, me mam's gonna be happy
If she didn't have a heart attack at some point during the first half. Haven't heard from her since the match started
Great result, albeit sadly obscured by the tragedy* in Madrid.
* alright, comedy.
Ok, seeing as you mentioned it and there's no other suitable place for it...
Everyone's ripping into Ramos for getting that deliberate yellow to wipe his slate clean ahead of the quarters, and it's very funny.
"Everyone round Sergio's for the quarters?"
I dont normally watch champions league....its quite a good little competition isnt it?
(Ajax Madrid extended highlights well worth checking too)
Amazing 4-0 agg scoreline. Pulled out two contrasting but momentous performances during a terrible domestic run...
The very opposite of ‘Spursey’ - whatever the fuck that really means.
*having basked in the plaudits for most of today, I think Yanited have just stolen tomorrow’s headlines.
Does it mean, 'being really pretty good, but completely fucking everything up so we/you/they never win anything'?
Yeah....think you might have nailed the concept there belboid...
It's reassuring there are some things in life you can rely on

Think they can get at least one draw from those four!
Anyone been in the new stadium? Have to say it looks pretty spectacular and read some good reviews.
Think they will hang on for top four?
My mum's been, I think to all three games since it opened, and is pretty impressed, and sounds like other supporters are too.
As with all other new stadiums, it looks a little identikit, but keeping the cockerel is nice and gives it a bit of individuality.
Supposedly it has the longest bar in Europe. Beavertown brewery have links too.
If I remember the news report it is 63 meters.
utter bullshit - second non VAR handball penalty ive seen now
Absolutely. That was a ridiculous decision with or without VAR. Just goes to show.
on side, with cramp, with the touch line left foot turn and the finish.....i love Son....the heart and soul of the squad
what a game
gave their everything
im absolutely loving this champions league run....cant think the last time i enjoyed watching football as much
Loud in there tonight...
Haven’t seen the Rose ‘handball’ yet. What did they check VAR for on Sonny’s goal? Offside on the through ball..?
Just about deserved the 1-0 I think. Looks as if Kane will miss the rest of the season though
yeah checked for offside and if the ball went out on the touch line - clear on both
in Son we trust
Supercharged Son jolts City to show Spurs can prosper without Kane
couldnt agree more
Son showed that when Kane was last off. Poch cocked up by rushing Kane back in when he (Son) was in such great form and Kane wasn't match fit.
Yes...I think he shows it a lot, even when Kane is playing! The one useful thing about Kane is that he gets picked on by the defence which can leave space for others. The burden of the star striker i guess
City dodged a couple of yellows for bad fouls on Kane IMO
just one goal.................
Separate names with a comma.
