Spurs: In Juande we trust - the Tottenham thread 08/09

I think we'll perform against Chelsea. We need something to kick start our season and I think a result there would be perfect. Problem is, we so often perform well against the big sides but come out with nothing, and if that happens we could be destined for a start as slow as last years.

:D

It's a golden age to be an Arsenal fan.

Personally, I'm just enjoying this because of one single utter cunt of a Spurs fan. I actually feel for the rest. A little, tiny bit. :D

Have to feel sorry for Ramos he is obviously a good manager but Tottenham are a club in chaos.

I don't feel sorry for him at all, after winning the tin pot cup will Jols team his Spurs teams have been dire. I'm not sure why he seems to be dodging the flack, a good portion of the blame must lay at his door, if not for buying players (Comedioli supposedly does that job... badly!) then for team motivation, team tactics, squad selection, training, fitness, attitude...

I'm not buying the Ramos isn't to blame shit. Its not all his fault but he has to shoulder some of the blame along with the rest of the club employees.

I truly hate Spurs simply for the fact that I knew one utter cunt of a Spurs fan too!!!

I wonder if it was the same cunt? Or are all Spurs supporters like that?

In my experience they seem to have more than what's generally acceptable in the cunt stakes.

I'm not happy with how that sentence reads tbh but fuck it.

anyway - where's chieftain and xes?

Whoo hoo, I'm here Cheggers, always have been. I've responded to your call out but I really can't be bothered with you. You know I think you're a complete and utter prick but I'm not going to argue with you or anyone else about Spurs as I think myself that they're laughably shit at the moment. I don't find it as hilarious as you but then I wouldn't would I?

They've pulled out another week of Elizabeth Fritzl's diary,
MONDAY: Stayed in, Dad come down and fucked me
TUESDAY: Stayed in, got fucked by dad
WEDS: Stayed in, dad did me from behind
THURS: Stayed in, dad spunked on my face
FRI: Stayed in, dad gave my arse a right pounding
SAT: Went to watch Spurs play, wish I stayed in!

This, on the other hand, is not so funny .... :(

I just think its interesting that an Arsenal fan is going to be managing Tottenham. Especially when you remember how popular George Graham was at spurs.

Dennis Bergkamp was a hero to the ARSE and he was supposedly a Spurs fan, Arsene employed Glen "Spurs" Hoddle at Monaco...

GG was an Ex manager and was disliked for the way he approached the game much more than he was for being an ex goon, fair enough the crowd didn't chant his name but he wasn't despised or given much grief. Most of us thanked him for helping us win one of our few and far between cups.

Not that it matters who Redknappsack supports, its not significant, especially as he's now giving it a Spurs slant... lol

Our 'Arry, who art in Tottenham,
Redknapp be thy name.
Thy Arsenal come,
they will be done,
on home turf as it is at the Emerates
Give us this day at least 4 goals.
And forgive us our late tackles,
as we forgive those who mercilesly rip the piss.
And lead us not into relegation,
but deliver us some half decent defenders.
For thine is the kingdom, when the Spurs go marching on, Amen

I imagine most managers are professional enough not to let personal preferences get in the way of their jobs.
