I've just been for a walk and seen abput 20 ewes in a field with new born lambs. :)
I feel all sort of happy inside. :)

And now that I've stopped eating meat, my happiness is not tinged with guilt.

I now have precisely one snowdrop and one daffodil ready to bloom and a few other daffs coming up.

No idea what's happened to the other couple of hundred snowdrops and other early bulbs.

i've got no snowdrops showing yet...although my housemate reckons thats cos i planted them  but either tulips or daffs are poking through in their pots which is better than last year when they didn't show til april!

got loads of buds on the camelias (sp?) (i think that's what they're called...rose like flowers without the thorns?) should hopefully be a lovely sight when they bloom!

Yes spring has sprung! My daffs have come up, my tulips have started to show and to my amazement today my bluebells have started to show. Spring is such a happy time for me. Winter has a lot of bad memories for me, my cat was run over by a bus last year so it is always depressing but the sight of my blue bells coming up lets me put behind the winter blues and concentrate on the rest of the year. HERES TO SPRING :D

No flowers here yet (Leeds) but shoots. Didn't notice any spring flowers yesterday in London either. Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough.

Well, we had a couple of frosts and now I'm seeing lots more snowdrops peeping up. I guess the one that showed up early was just a bit impatient.
