It's amazing that a 71 year old train is in such good nick

Some of the trams in Blackpool that are used daily for general passenger duties (not heritage stuff) are even older than that! These (above) were ordered in about 1934...

They are, however, finally ordering a full new fleet of trams to be in service by 2012

I'm sorry for that off topic moment, but a vintage tram is a vintage tram....
