Spaghetti Bolognese showdown

........If I'm gonna spend the inevitable five hours slaving over a hot stove then this celery business better not make my mrs hate me, but I'm gonna trust you man, fair enough, the celery stays.

I know, but it's sooo much harder to find spaghetti made with real eggs, but egg tagliatelle is relatively easy to find.
 
Some pasta - often called 'egg pasta' - has eggs in it. Other pasta doesn't, and is often sold as '100% durum wheat pasta'. All different shapes come in egg and non-egg forms.
