I fucking hate the way Quorn has taken over all the veggie food sections in shops. It's the Walkers of the veggie food market. It's for meat eaters on diets, not proper veggies.

I used to buy their vegeburger mix, but nobody 'round here seems to sell it any more. One local healthfood shop told me Realeat had stopped making it (-or gone bust, I can't remember).

Blimey - there's a petition to Symingtons, who've bought Direct Foods and de-veganised their food here!

Realeat is no longer available either, but apparently Suma are doing something similar. I'll see if I can get me paws on some and report back.

Just bought some Granose meat free lincolnshire sausage mix and can report that it is quite nice...prefer sosmix as this is a little drier.

I've eaten my first batch of sausage rolls and need more. Couldn't find anything in Sainsburys and the health food shops have stopped stocking it.

Stuffing mix. That's basically all sosmix was, anyway. Soya mince also works like mince for spag bol and the like. My GF just made veggie burgers with soy bran, breacrumbs (gluten-free), tomato paste, balsamic vinegar and some herbs.
