Most recently... anything by Burial, walking down dark rainy inner city London streets.

yep. walking home from work at 5am has this effect on me. empty streets, deserted car parks and dull yellow light given from street lights

the strongest example I remember of this recently is Bjorks's Volta.
on the underground. one of the quieter tunes came on and it was like
the whole station was moving in slow motion.
