Rubbish, if you aren't a boss, you're a worker. It's as simple as that. Whatever workers do with regards to "arse-licking" does not alter the fact that they're workers.

Er, you were attempting to infer that workers who areslicked were somehow different in terms of their status within the boss/worker relationship. They may scab but they're not bosses - are they? If a boss has to choose between keeping an 'arse-licking' member of staff and more profit, guess who's for the chop?

I'm not even sure what you're trying to say in you final sentence either. It's looks like more of the same mush.
