It doesn't seem normal.

it'll be much easier to knock out a line of coke on the little shelves below the mirrors than it was in the previous layout

Had a saunter over to check them out this afternoon. Pretty impressive as public toilets go tbh.. Bit of an Art Deco theme going in.. aquatic blue tiling throughout, with a circular wash basin in the centre, and hand-dryer's to the side

There's a windsurfing motif across the toilet doors, and 'spitfire' stile targets in the urinals. I dunno all in all an outdoorsey, fresh, healthy, and unthreatening macho feel to the environment.

I'm afraid I wasn't able to take any snapshots.
