Butcher's, can you educate me on this one?

Is there evidence of police bullying or corruption that lead to the killing or was it an accident that has facilitated anti-police protest? Are the Greek police famously corrupt/brutal/violent?

Clashes at Greek Embassy - Anarchists tear down flag

There have been angry clashes this afternoon as a 100 anarchists stormed the Greek Embassy in London, ripped down the flag and fought with police.

The protesters marched on the Holland Park building in solidarity at growing unrest back home.

There have been three days of continuing rioting in the Mediterranean country as anarchists took to the streets after a 15-year-old boy was shot dead by security officers.

Anarchists flagged raised

The anarchists flag was raised over the embassy after a peaceful meeting in Hyde Park turned nasty when masked protesters started to attack police.

Thanks.

Also, good to hear of the occupations.

Sky News have quite a few pics on their website, doesn't seem to be anything on the BBC yet though.

Edit to add - Actually not all pics from London, but that one is.

Why are the protesters and occupiers "idiots"?

The problem is in Greece. This is England. It's got nothing to do with us, or the people working in the embassy, thus it doesn't affect us.

Why do people think vandalism and criminal trespass is a valid way to protest about a problem that doesn't affect them?

Have you considered it might be Greek people expressing their anger at the Greek Embassy?

Why is it the fault of staff working in an embassy in a different country to where it happened?

If Greek people feel that incensed about it, then go to Greece and protest, not do it here.

Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu felt the same tbh.

Nice attitude.

What about Amnesty, should they write to the Embassy, or just not bother seeing as it's a Greek issue?

The whole world is incensed about it, I don't think it will be long till people are getting killed here in UK through out of control coppers.

Oh I forgot, it's already happening.
