There was a communal fire too but nobody bothered lighting it at night.

Could well have been. I was tucked up in our bed at home on Thursday night. Next year if they open the site on the Thursday again, I'll make sure we're there for the extra night

See that the 2009 prices have been sorted:

SOLFEST 2009 TICKET PRICES

Adult tickets: £85

Child tickets (6 – 11yrs) £25

Young peoples tickets (12 – 16) £60

However, no extra car charges & more importantly - no Tixmob, they are back to a local ticket supplier.
