Is some sort of fancy dress obligatory if you're from U75?? I may have a 'jessica rabbit' dress by then. Bought a dress today but alterations are needed.
I do have a couple of kilts though, but I won't be doing the whole ensemble, it'd be kilt, socks, walking boots and T shirt or bikini top if hot.

It's mainly green with some red and goldy yellow stripes through it. I can't explain it well but it looks kind of mexican.
