That's a good one fortunately didn't go to that part of basra often .Had the nicer suburbs to patrol kids much better behaved .And when the local kids turned up to throw rocks at the towers it broke up the monotony one lot even threw a catapult up to one of the soldiers so he could fight back

it's actually quite refreshing to hear from someone that's been there ! makes a change from us arm-chair-warriors !!!

Are you trying to defend this kind of attitude the US troops seem to have in the way they treat Iraqi children?
