Yeah but to be honest I'm not really that wild about soda bread so it wouldn't matter to me. I just want something cheap and easy to make that I can put my dairylea triangles on :cool:
 
If your palate is that fecked, may I suggest a nice bit of cardboard for your dairylea delectation.;)

Or just use the fat-free yog.

I loved the stuff when I first tried it when in Ireland, but haven't found any that seems as good here. :(

Ok, I just read through nearly two pages and not one recipe. Fuck yooz - gimme the soda bread recipe... NOW....!!!!!!! :cool:

soda bread needs to be warm and fresh and have loads of butter. mmmmm
to eat it traditionally the bread is merely a conduit for the butter, you can be fancy and have jam on it if you wish but it must always be warm
