I went last night - they were even better than I expected.
They played loads of old stuff and hits like Sure Shot, Sabotage, Body Movin', Ch-ch-ch-check it out, Root Down, Ill Communication, Time to Get Ill, Brass Monkey etc etc. They didn't play too much of the new instrumental stuff, 3 or 4 tracks at most. They were ok, but there was a distinct move to the bar when they played new stuff
Considering they iz all knocking on a bit they had loads of energy and put a really good show on. Yauch looked greyer than ever, but still

with it.
Mixmaster Mike was the star of the show for me. He made loads of old stuff sound new by dropping samples from people like MIA. He worked hard! And he's really got the skills to pay the bills. The rest of the Beastie Boys were practically serenading him when they did "3 DJ's and 1 MC"
Brrrrapp! (as we say round these parts) to the DJ!
Only downside was (as ever) the poor sound quality of Brixton Academy...
