My fuckwit moment was being in Newcastle the night Nirvana played their first gig outside the US (at the long-gone Riverside) and not knowing it. But I reckon I'd pay more to see Hank Williams.

several years ago myself and a school friend lamented the fact that we were nearing 30 and hadn't seen AC/DC live.. we made a pact to go to the next concert they announced whereever it was in the world, whatever the cost..

shortly later they announced a special gig at Hammersmith Apollo all tickets £10

unfortunately they were disappointing
