so who do you WANT to see relegated then?

:hmm:

  • Total voters
    67
Newcastle - 'cos it might make their fans have more sensible expectations
Portsmouth - for having the worst ground in the Premiership
Bolton - 'cos their style of play is more suited to the Championship

Spurs - grim
Stoke - don't like 'em
'Boro - boring as fuck

Also voted Newcastle cos it would be quite funny. I'll be happy for the fans if they stay up though but, they're alreet really.

Actually, could i just hope that Liverpool go into administration get docked 20 points and go down?

Yes. One can always hope.:)

Newcastle, Spurs and West 'Aaam. Just for the lulz. Any 2 of those 3 would make me smile hugely. Newcastle 'cause I want to see how many of the great fans turn up, Spurs because it'd be funny as fuck and West Ham for spunking money on any big-name player without giving much thought to what actually makes a football team.

I don't particularly dislike them tbh, but it would be funny as fuck if they got relegated.:D

I want to see tomato face's head explode but the rate things are going it probably will do before the end of the season as I didn't think it was humanly possible to come out wit as many excuses as Redknapp has.

Ironically if we stay up I probably won't be able to afford my season ticket next year. If we go down I'll still be there every week. I know we're shit, but god help me I still love the Toon. :(

Also: Spuds for relegation lulz.

Man City - because it would be so, so, so, so funny.
Newcastle - see above
Middleboro - as flashman said, they're just dull

See, I don't agree with this "It would be funny for Newcastle to go down" school of thought.

They aren't spuds-types idiots, IME living in Newcastle they're just local people who support their team. And at least they've always had a fanbase unlike piddlesbrough who were just a small club before gibson bought them.

I'm talking about Premiership landfill like:

Scott Parker.
Craig Bellamy.
Freddie Ljungberg.
Luis Boa Morte.
Lucas Neill.
Lee Bowyer.
Kieron Dyer.
Matthew Upson.
Calum Davenport.
Carlton Cole.

Most signed for silly wages on the Icelander's spending spree. Some handy players on paper, but not, IMO, a functioning team.

yeah i cant sya i want newcatsle to go down, i mean yeah big team failing is kinda funny but i'd much rather be gone of boro, bolton, blackburn or one of the other teams that don't try and play football very often.

Great player what you on about man? Well worth the 7 million.
Craig Bellamy.
doubled our money on him.

Freddie Ljungberg.
Luis Boa Morte.
Yeah okay fair call.
Lucas Neill.
Press reports of his wages are well over exagerated, but yeah probbaley paid over the odds, but never found out how much we paid balckburn for him. Hes a danm good right back though.
Lee Bowyer.
Kieron Dyer.
fine
Matthew Upson.
I'd happily double whatever wage he was on, no doubt we were held to ransom over that one though. Bloody birmingham.
Calum Davenport.
yeah paid well over the odds for him but allegely we are getting the same 3 million back for him tommrow, so again not a bad bit of business.
Carlton Cole.

Parker, neil and upson are all class players for us and form the basis of our team! Rest have either moved on or will at the end of the season, other then cole who isn't the worst striker in the world but i cant wait for the timew when we dont need to start him anymore. Hes ameobi or one of the dulham strikers rather then anything to get excited about. Will be a danm good 3rd/4th choice next season hopefully.

blackburn, boro and bolton as they wouldn't be missed. If 5 went down would add stoke and fulham.

want spurs to stay up but for everyone to recognise that redknapp is a useless self-serving cunt and they go down next season when it is 'his' team and there are no wobble headed excuses

Bowyer was cheap and was a reasonable squad member for a long time. Cole was a bargain at 2m with what he brings to the team. Can't argue with LBM or Dyer or Ljungberg mind. Parker and Upson have been absolute snips all told with what they've brought to the team. Bellamy was sold for a huge profit.

Not a functioning team? That's not the evidence of the games overall this season. Certainly, plenty of teams who have spent more, are doing worse :)
