I had heard that it was to be a hotel targetting performers / DJs at the Academy and club venues etc. S'pose that is better than all the 'add-on' business going to hotels outside Brixton.

LOL at the abuse of the present tense! There certainly seems to be confusion about the differing reality-rating between a dusty hoarding and a computer mock-up.
