That's the basics. But you could put in some yoghurt. Or take out the frozen soft fruit and use honey, yoghurt and apple juice. But the constant is banana. Always use banana. A little more for thicker. A little less for thinner.
Experiment. Find variations you like, and remember them. Any you don't like, forget them. (Tip - peanut butter is seldom a good idea).
