Slackers aftershow party - Redstar 30 Sept

It was definitely too hot, but I didn't really give a shit -- sweaty ska is fine and dandy when you're in as good a mood as I was :) :)

Nor did I notice any bad vibes ... <continues 25 year tradition of not encountering or even noticing any edgy shit in inner London   >

Ignorance is bliss ey? :D

was a wicked night, slackers were excellent, i wish richy would put some clothes on though! i did stuck on the decks at half 6 wanting to lunchout for quite a while and running out of energy to put records on (after the crazy lady took the tune off the the deck and told everyone to get out of her flat as she was trying to sleep :D ).. cheers for saving me dub:)

That has to have been one of the busiest Unsounds in a while!

Nice to see a decent urbanite turn out, especially those who appeared to have lost the power of speech quite early on......:D

yeh, I was totally fucked and didn't have any tunes with me. But with Robi's record box and a cheeky line ;) i managed an hour or so, i think.

Had a great night, Slackers were amazing!

Left earlish as was knackered as had spent all Saturday moving house and had to finish off yesterday. Also having broken my ribs didn't help matters.

Same here, I didn't notice any bad vibes. I mean there was a bit of that play fighting that punks and metal heads seem to like when they are in the mosh pit but all between themselves and very good natured - and I didn't even see any of that until six in the morning when there was plently of space on the dance floor for it.

Really was all to notch stuff.

I think you just about managed to ask if I knew where there were more drugs...:D

It was an evening of two halves. First was pure social, dancing, chatting, meeting new people.

The second was a bit weird. Apparantly gloworm found me on the top of the stairs balanced on one foot like a crane bird having lost the power of speech...

I think that third pint was a bit off you know.:)

what a night -- man dreams come true - cheers to all you wicked folks that came down and made it KICK ASS --

king blues are back on november3rd

i *heart* punks

i had a wicked night, unsound at its finest - hot, sweaty and fucking funny :D

you'd suit being a punk, Rollem.

it was too hot and sweaty for my liking. i was far more in the mood for falling asleep though :D

i am a punk, inside. its just a shame i never got the hang of the "soap in your hair" thing on the outside. though i did have a safety pin holding my necklace together on sat ;)

I used to be a punk, but ended up looking like Paul Young......:(

I liked being a punk - but that was erm over 20 years ago!
