Sky HD upgrade for free?

Is there any way to get a free upgrade to Sky HD?

I got a free phone upgrade from Orange by following some helpful Urban advice, so I was wondering if anyone had managed to get Sky HD for free and how to go about it.

I've been a Sky customer for 8ish years on a £20 a month package.

I'll accept the extra HD subscription but I'd rather not pay the £75 for the box and installation.

Any advice gratefully accepted.

I've tried the "I'm leaving" ploy but they wont upgrade me for free.

I have been with Sky for donkeys years and had to pay £199 for the box and £30 for installation last year

It's worth it though.
