Simple, foolproof fudge recipes needed please..

The pantry would be good then I presume.

I'd love a pantry...one with marble shelves and jars of preserves in serried ranks.....however I have a north-facing room where general stuff is stored; clothes, bike, general junk etc etc. The windows are open all year and it's cool all year round.

tablet fudge is the only fudge to make, anything else tastes like plastic in comparison

will keep for up to a month in the fridge, so is less longlife than other fudges, but its superior taste and consistency (it's the crystallite crumbly one that melts in the mouth) makes it worth it

I'd just put the illegal ones in green boxes and the legal ones in boxes of some other colour.
