Siftability Tests

I just found there was not enough to do in the job I had, most of the men spent all their time checking each other out, and some dressed really unprofessionally: I lost count of the people I saw dossing around in jeans and trainers.

Theres loads fo sectors you would be unhappy in then, Charities, IT etc etc :D

One of the reasons I work in the sector I do is because Im not expected to dress up for work :D

tbh the fact that I can dress how I like plus other 'benefits' such as flexi time, working from home etc are some of the main factors that keep me where I am - they are important to me.

Ahh...was it an AO post at Tsols, by any chance. I just got that email too. :(

Those Siftability tests are above and beyond customary Govt job sift tests for pure evilness. 'Siftability' is a specific test run by Capita. I think you haver to be an automaton to pass them. You probably made the mistake of showing a bit of independent thinking and character.

Yep, I currently work at Attorney General's Office (we're connected) so was told to apply as they're doing away with my job and replacing it with an AO.

They were stupid tests . There was no option for you to explain why you made a certain decision. In fact, I think they would have been better off putting the options on a scale of 1-10 in importance

Which test did you find the hardest?
