CS killed a lot of people at WACO it dried on the walls and turned the place into a firebomb.
My wife has experience of CS she got caught by it as an innocent bystander in Rome some years ago. (The staff in a café where she tool refuge seemed well versed in the first aid that need using in the case of CS)
