Everything that is taken for real and/or existing is merely shaped out of individual perception of that what is taken for real.
That counts for humans individually just as it counts for other living beings (and maybe even all what we categorize as "not living" as it is impossible to know with absolute certitude those know no form of perception and creation of a reality).

For humans there simply can be no other truth about anything than what we propose as such following our perception shaping our ideas and conclusion.

That does not mean truth doesn't exist. ( To state that equals saying you found the truth, which is impossible.)
