This year's Shipwrecked is crappy!!! :(

HOWEVER, one of my flatmates turned round to me yesterday and said that apparently one of her best friends is on it this year... one of the new arrivals, who arrives on the islands with her twin sister....

They're sworn to secrecy apparently. :hmm:

Ooh, cool.

If the Tigers really wanted to win the arrivals then they could have been more clever. If they had told both of them they were guaranteed a place then they both would have chosen Tiger. Job done. Cruel but if that's going to be the nature of the game this year (I don't like the scheming personally) then they need to get sharper because the Sharks are going to cotton on to this soon enough.

Lauren is an absolute bellend.

p.s my friend texted me to say she saw stevie from last shipwrecked at glasto and i promptly had a dream about him. he was a hoot in the dream! it was good to see him.

I was thinking that on Sunday. El Jefe is normally here on this thread and I've left it alone because nobody else has been here. :D

she's so weird! she wrote that letter as if they were begging her to come over. oddball.

Very true. She's probably going to look back on this and being totally embarrassed - but probably not :D

I was enjoying Hawk Island but I think all those girly girls have spoilt it a bit :(

yeah i know. being all fussy about the pig. i can kind of understand..but come on..they must be starving!

i loved that grumpy man who came to hawk island who was like 'oh right, i was kind of looking forward to going home to be honest'

and kept going on about his uni work as if he'd forgotten about it before.

whoops! that essays is meant to be in on monday!

hahaha.

Yeah, they obviously didn't consider the islanders that had been there for 10 weeks.

You may as well ignore your essay and stick around. See if you can entice El Jefe back ;)

Piss off with the romance. I'm not in the slightest bit interested. :p

Anyway, that latest couple (the gay guy and the screamy girl). That screamy girl was doing my brain in. What a selfish little spoilt brat and drama queen. :rolleyes:

but her reaction when she knew she wasn't going home was quality! she was having some kind of nikki from big brother style fit!

i love the way shipwrecked just invented this magic 'coin of fate' thing suddenly, we've not heard about this before!

i can just imagine the crew going 'look, they're not going to decide, it's been going on for ages now, quick! someone pass me that bit of wood! has anyone got a biro? hey presto! a coin of fate!'

I have no idea who nikki from big brother is (nor do I want to know) :D

Yeah, that was a bit boring - flipping a coin. They could have come up with something a bit more dramatic. They could have made them have a race to the pontoon or something
 
Well that was good, but I was left fuming. Thought this was the last episode.
