excellent. what would she want for it?

One million pounds!

Ummmmm, actually, dunno. Will ask her when I see her if you want... it might be a treasured piece of her adolescence though :)

I miss buying singles on cassette :( Retensioning them back with a pencil... thats proper hands on music.

Recording John Peel on one side, and your favourite computer game on the other.

Bah. Those were the days.

most of my music is on tape, singles and albums, because i never owned a decent record player, or a cd player until 2001 (apart from a brief 4 weeks in 1996). i think that's because i spent all my money on comics and tapes :o

bristle, while your idea is good in theory, the point of my world famous club night, Beyond Fathomability (see many ignored advertising threads in music), is that we ONLY play on vinyl.

What happened to the one in 1996?

i spunked a load of cash on decent hifi gear from richer sounds. then a month later panicked, and took it all back for a refund.

Not yet, maybe in the future though! (unless you were at JTG and Bristle's last saturday which I don't think you were... actually, no you weren't, I've seen you on the ugly mug thread... unless you've had a hair cut and plastic surgery, which I don't think you have cos I would have seen it in knobbin' 'n' sobbin' :D)

PS Bristle, who was it I met last saturday
PPS Bluestreak, will text my sister soon!

just remembered - i got a scanner today, so i could post up those pics from the 'select' feature from way-back-when that i decided not to blu-tak to the wall when i realised that schoolgirls in uniform might freak out jittug... ;)

bearing in mind i had only just emerged from my cave when you left, i'd put money on it being soggy hernia, geminisnake, space hopper, callie, dervish and wiskey, or some selection thereof...

Good grief, you were 18 when Trouble came out, and you didn't give in to the "I like it in an ironic way," posse. Respect

I was merely 14 and still wanking over Jill Dando :(
