apart from the fact that the rental on that "second home" is probably around £6000 a year, and she claimed nearly £30,000, as a council tenant, she should be using this home as her principal home, and not claiming to the lords that it is her second home - so could get evicted (although I doubt it will come to that as her husband is the joint tenant
