So... Its ok for China to occupy peaceful country and suppress the indigenous people, but is wrong for the Allies to topple dictators and try and let their people rebuild their country...
China should get well out of tibet. But they won't.
The likes of the US and its lapdog poodle the UK should get well out of the countries they invade. But they won't. Nor will they stop killing hundreds of thousands of people just like you and me, except they're accidentally living in countries that have resources your leaders want to get their grubby criminal hands on.
And: 'the allies'... ah, that great comforting phrase that means the great forces of freedom and democracy are swinging into action to save all those poor people living in dictatorships.
Ahh, thank god for the allies. They know what's best for the unfortunates in life, and they will go fix the problems out of the goodness of their wee hearts.

I certainly do not think a Boycott would affect whether or not they kill. Inother words, let us say most nations refuse to attend, I do not think that China will then try and rectify it with genocide.
I totally agree with your hope that both sides manage to agree and avoid bloodshed but till pray for the liberation of the Tibetans and all indigenous people.
