Seeds won't germinate in my raised beds

Cheers mate, the bed is nicely caged in now but I'll start a daily watering regime to see if that helps. I do know from staking in the cage that all my garlic is sprouting nicely just under the surface so I'm sure it'll recover.

Only trouble is the cat has started using my rasied flower bed instead. Time for some prickly plants!
