That's the spirit

I knew there must be a good reason why Dante would text me at 8:30AM!!! on a saturday morning.

Might check this out as nuts has friends in the area she hasn't seen for a while and tis practically summer now innit :)

This is Skimboy's first festival... well, we ended up at the Dulwich village fete last week, but not sure if it counts :D

Hope to bump into some of you there :)

Although rain forecast in the evening suggests packed pubs. Oh well, has to be done I suppose.

Dante, you moving to Herne Hill then? Pop over after seeing the estate agent if you like and we can fiddle with each other for a while ;)

Over excited now, off to the park (via herne hill) cant wait anylonger

dante- manic as a cat with a new ball of string covered in catnip

I iz in ur parkz groovin' and a movin' to da tunez (still no bucket or stick). :)

A few mates are going. I may go. If I go, it is guaranteed to piss down. Send me used 20s and I'll stay away. :D

They were pretty good.

Shame about the weather. Festival could cater for 10000 or more, probably less than 1000 there maybe only 500. It was pissing it down and I spent an hour or more in the nice warm pub.

What a soggy day that was.
At least there was some shelter at Vicky Park. Started off the day at a mini festy on London Fields but the rain meant only one band played.
At least the rain stopped for The Beat and the drummers & fireworks at the end.

We were there mid-afternoon but left early when it started raining :(

What a shame about the weather, I feel really sorry for the organisers.

You should also feel some sympathy for the artistes dahling. We were banging out some proper decent house music in Eco-Arcadia to a very select audience (ie no-one mostly) :(

What was most worrying was the cops were so underused, they kept coming in to play pinball and table footie :D
