Second homes

I've added the English version. I meant to do it but the internet distracted me again.

As for my opinion on the matter...it's bad news for the permanent community, and the assembly government should be doing something to protect these communities. Same applies to similar situations in Cornwall or wherever there are too many holiday homes.

i've had a look at the stats on cornwall and I can't find any district that hits 43% second homes, but that's maybee missing out the difference between second homes and holiday lets. the latter being slightly less of a problem, but still destructive to a functioning year round community and still fucking up house prices for anyone on a local salary.

that's Rock that's over 50%. padstow, st ives and the roseland ( area round st mawes where charlie stays when he visits his playground) that are close. that blog dosen't atribute the stats for the map on that page, but I know the bloke that wrote that well enough to trust he did his homework before he drew that map, he's given me info to help me out on my homework on a couple of projects.
