Second hand D200's

I had a go on a friends D200 shortly after he got one. I quite liked it, liked the bulkiness of it. Felt like I could drop it and nothing would happen. Having said that I've dropped the D70 once onto a tile floor.

I swore I'd never get a bigger camera than the D70, but I can see what you mean about the feel of it. Very tactile.

Never bothered to try one out because of the size of it, but had a quick go on one in Jessops, and it does feel great in the hand.

If someone gave me £800, or whatever, and forced me to buy a new camera body, I would be tempted by the D200.
