As the economy continues its current slide the amount of massive frauds will be revealed like low tide revealing flotsam and jetsam.

This story is basically "financeer could well be massive crook" and should suprise no one. And global economies are being restructured to suit them while saps like us pay for their fraud and cockups through tax.
