Season tickets

And does that also mean if you are happy with the Club you shouldn't join the Trust?

It's been an awful day (personal opinion, feel free to disagree.) One consolation would be if I could be sure there would be a Dulwich Hamlet, playing in Dulwich, in three season. Whilst not a planning professional I've been in enough planning battles in Hampshire to seriously doubt it. My money is on the current plans being rejected. Just hope that is what Hadley expect and post defeat v.2 is ready. If not.......

The development plan breaches numerous local plans which genuinely matters. Given the news from the Mayor's Office this week I'm seriously worried. I'll be happy if an estate agent is advertising on the back of a DHFC season ticket in three years. That means there is still a club to act as a positive force in the East Dulwich community.

Occasionally you have to lose a battle to win a war

You're bang on. The club is about to be pitched into a crisis and people are still banging on about the new sponsor. We should be ready once the application is turned down to lobby all sides hard. You won't be able to cover this one up with a sticker.

Maybe when people get pissed of they don't want to do as much. KFH can mobilise and so some lobbying instead.

Straw man. People aren't being told to piss off, they're saying they will or threatening to disengage. I'd encourage you to do otherwise and forget the kFH sideshow

I don"t get this. No one said they were being told to piss off. People are just moaning at the increasing KFH sponsorship.

There will be a tipping point for each individual where they have had enough depending on an issue.

A fan who has shared their views has been told to go Clapton on this thread. Or maybe you haven't actually read what's been posted.

Edit: 'you'd encourage me' have you any idea how patronising you sound. Anyway it doesn't matter because as you said up thread there are plenty of other fans to take my place. Bit of moot point since have has to leave London due to being priced out.

Dulwich Mishi you certainly have a lot to say about the new seasons tickets for someone who 'doesn't see what the fuss is about' :D
Pot & kettle....I merely comment on a public forum, which is the whole point of them.
Good luck with 'Hamburg to Harlow' by the way... ;)
(See what I did there..w.e can all do gentle pisstaking...)

Loving the dismissive attitude from some on here. Fans who highlight growing discontent are told to leave and support another club and that their support doesnt matter as there are plenty of other fans to take their place.

Not bad...from someone who has previously advocated supporting Clapton!

Where did I say that? I'm talking about being active in support of the club at a time where it is under threat. The kFH thing is a side-show. It says nothing about the club.

That's below the belt.

Its not as though you have never voiced discomfort about stuff that's happened at the club. You're the chief bloody moaner.

Nothing wrong with supporting Clapton. They do what they do. Fair enough. Its not the first time you've told a Dulwich fan to go to Clapton bc you didn't like their opinions.

Here, in response to B.I.G

well that's fine. Plenty still want to fight for the club.

You are being utterly disingenuous. I'm talking about fighting for the club. And that will be needed.

Err. Its there in black and white. Back track all you like. Expressing concern about stuff happening at the club doesn't mean we don't want to fight for the club. Quite the opposite in fact. Its bc people care about the club that they raise these issues. Your dismissive attitude stinks.

Not dismissive, just tired of all the self absorbed posturing. There are much bigger issues at stake.

Not covering yourself in glory with the insults.

I don't think we should give away season tickets to sponsors unless its extremely limited numbers.

I would rather that the sponsor names of the players were not read out when we read out the line up.

I would rather our tweets were not sponsored.

I understand the need for a shirt or stand sponsor as these can attract large sums of money.

Estate agents are evil and prey on a basic human need. Contrast this with gambling companies who prey on human weakness. One is evidently more of an issue than the other.

I understand the decision to have an estate agent as a main sponsor.

I think we should sack the bar manager if he can't run the bar efficiently and to the benefit of the club and the fans.

All the above are my views and people can agree or not. But apparently if we are at risk of losing a planning application we shouldn't be focusing on any of that instead.

No point engaging with you if youre going to be so self absorbed that you can't see anyone else's point of view and make personal remarks.

Also the idea that we can only care about one issue at the club at one time is utter nonsense and a pathetic attempt at silencing fans who care deeply about the club.
